What CueOver processes
We process account details, Twitch OAuth identifiers, overlay settings, subscription status and the minimum operational data required to run the service. CueOver Studio uses microphone input to produce a live transcript and does not permanently store raw microphone audio in the standard workflow.
Twitch chat
Recent chat messages are held temporarily for live matching and troubleshooting. Full channel chat history is not stored by default. Twitch messages are rendered as plain text and never as untrusted HTML.
Storage and security
Provider tokens are encrypted or held by managed providers. Revocable overlay tokens are hashed at rest. Uploaded Pro alert sounds are validated and stored separately from structured account records.
Your choices
You can disconnect Twitch, regenerate your overlay URL, manage or cancel your subscription, remove uploaded sounds and request account deletion from Account Settings.
